Mistertea
Founded in Milan in 2016, Mistertea was the first brand to introduce bubble tea to Italy, expanding across three locations in Milan and a flagship store in the historic center of Monza.
By integrating a frictionless digital ecosystem with the physical customer journey across all 4 stores, the brand successfully bridged retail and digital convenience. This comprehensive digital and retail growth strategy scaled the business to €1M annual revenue, increasing conversion rates by 15–25% while securing long-term customer engagement. I also designed and launched the Mistertea Loyalty App, a native iOS and Android app built around gamification and daily engagement.
